Runcorn is a small community centre anchored by a supermarket and home to about 60 retailers.
The main focus for launching Mallcomm was to improve relations with retailers and provide information about the forthcoming redevelopment of the centre.
Runcorn were wanting to build the relationship with tenants to start to get sales turnover data from them and launch their community jobs programme ONESTOP RUNCORN
HOW RUNCORN BUILT THEIR COMMUNITY
Runcorn shopping centre is a community centre where a lot of the people who work in the centre also shop in the centre.
Runcorn launched various initiatives through Mallcomm such as staff offers and sales data collection from retailers. Distributing reports on footfall and sales through Mallcomm to those who participate.
Mallcomm is an integral part of Runcorn’s ONESTOP community recruitment initiative to provide jobs from retailers to unemployed people of Runcorn.
